What this covers

How this website collects and uses information. Protected health information you share as a patient is governed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive during intake.

Information this site collects

This site does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics or tracking cookies. We count visits in a privacy-protective way: when you load a page or click a button such as Book, your browser sends our counting service the page name, the button and the general source of the visit (for example, Instagram or a search engine). We keep only daily totals. We don't store your IP address, device details or anything that identifies you, and we don't set cookies for this. Our host keeps standard server logs. If you email us or request an intake, we receive what you send. We don't sell personal information.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to function. It sets no tracking cookies.

Health information

Please don't send detailed health information by unencrypted email. Once you're a patient, clinical communication happens through the secure patient portal.

Third parties

Booking and the patient portal are provided by Practice Better under a business associate agreement. Their handling of your data is covered by that agreement and their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete non-clinical information by emailing us. Clinical records are retained as required by Washington law.
