Testosterone therapy (TRT) by telehealth across Washington
If you live in Washington and want a testosterone evaluation without sitting in a waiting room, here's how it works with Axiom, from the first video visit to follow-up labs. Care is by secure video for adults located in Washington State. A first visit is an evaluation; treatment is prescribed only when your labs and clinician evaluation support it.
You need to be in Washington during the visit
Your clinician is licensed in Washington. You must be physically in Washington during each visit. Seattle, Spokane, Vancouver and small towns in between all count. We'll confirm your location at the start of each visit. If you're on a trip out of state, we'll move the visit to a day you're back. You'll also need a Washington address for prescriptions and lab work. Telehealth notice →
Care across Washington, wherever you are
Axiom serves men across Washington State, entirely by secure video. Whether you're in Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, Bellevue, Everett or Vancouver, WA, or in a small town between them, care works the same way: you meet Timothy Shawn Dannels, ARNP, FNP-BC from a private place of your choosing, and you get your labs drawn at a participating lab near you. We have no local offices and no in-person visits, so there's nothing to drive to. All that matters is that you're physically in Washington during each visit and have a Washington address for prescriptions and lab work.
Care follows five steps, typically in this order: intake and consent in our patient portal; an optional short call about how Axiom works; labs, if appropriate, paid by you at the price the lab charges us, with no markup, together with a $99 non-refundable deposit toward your first visit; a video visit already paid by that deposit; and membership only if you start treatment. TRT membership is $129 a month, and Founding TRT is $109 a month. Founding Axiom Complete is $219 a month (regular $249) for TRT plus weight management, ED treatment and hair restoration. Founding spots are limited to 25 total across TRT and Axiom Complete. The founding rate stays with you as long as your membership is continuous. Medications aren't included in membership.
Your labs are drawn close to home
We order labs through Fullscript, with local lab draw options (such as Quest or Labcorp). Your first panel is drawn early in the morning, fasting, before your first visit, so your clinician has real numbers to work from. What the panel covers →
What it costs
- First visit by video: $99 non-refundable deposit, paid with your initial labs.
- Labs you pay for: your first labs, labs after a later dose change (for TRT), and any add-on labs. You pay the price the lab charges us, with no markup. Before we order any lab you'll pay for, we'll tell you the price.
- Membership: if you start treatment, follow-up labs on our standard schedule are included.
- Medications aren't included in membership. You pay for them separately.
What your Good Faith Estimate lists
Because we're cash-pay, you get a written Good Faith Estimate before care. It lists the expected visit and membership charges and the expected lab costs you pay (the price the lab charges us, with no markup). It also names possible cancellation or no-show fees as a possible extra charge that isn't part of the total. Medications aren't on it. Your rights under the No Surprises Act →
